LINKS Property will enthusiastically paint the Surf Coast PINK from May 01 through July 31, 2018 in support of Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA). One thousand dollars (AUD) from every home they sell and list throughout the 12 week campaign will be generously donated to BCNA. The homes participating in this colourful fund-raiser will be clearly spotted by the bright pink ‘for sale’ signs and popular shiny pink ‘sold’ stickers.

Links Property founding director Lynne Hayden says the booming Surf Coast property market made for an impressive fundraising campaign result for 2017. “We were so pleased to present Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) with a giant cheque for the amount of $11,000!” Hayden said. “A thrilling run of record property sales boosted our donations for this heartfelt campaign.”

LINKS Property have proudly supported BCNA since 2013. Agent representative Suzy Jones was the driving force behind their pink campaign now in it’s fifth year. “Together we have created a wonderful community initiative that we hope will make a little difference.” says Ms Jones. “It is our pleasure to help raise local awareness and much needed funds for this outstanding organisation.”

BCNA is the peak national organisation for Australians affected by breast cancer, and consists of a network of more than 120,000 members and 288 Member Groups. More than 90 per cent of their members have had a diagnosis of breast cancer, and the remaining members have had a personal experience with breast cancer through a family member or friend. United by the shared experience of breast cancer, BCNA assists these women and their families through advocacy and free information. BCNA is represented by the Pink Lady silhouette, symbolic of their focus on the women diagnosed with breast cancer and all those around them.

You can follow the LINKS Property ‘Paint It Pink!’ campaign via their facebook, Instagram and twitter pages. Highlights of the campaign will be photographed and shared with the LINKS social community. If you would like to seek more information on BCNA, visit them online here at www.bcna.org.au.
