Kim Jolley’s busy role within our team is integral to our business. Her high level of organisational skills, attention to detail and wealth of understanding and knowledge is unsurpassed when it comes to property finance and bookkeeping. A number nerd of the loveliest kind, Kim has spent almost two decades in bookkeeping and accounting-related roles in Torquay, Geelong and Melbourne, mostly with a focus on the real estate industry.

Quietly, behind the scenes, Kim is actively processing your rental payments & invoices. Liaising with legal parties for disbursement of sale settlements, balancing daily ledgers and providing our team with critical monthly reporting. She is managing our staff payroll, diligently following up overdue payments, preparing documentation for auditing and so much more. There is no doubt that we couldn’t provide our clients the very best sales experience without the skills and sales support from Kim.

Kim has lived in and around Torquay for 20 years and knows too well the delights of coastal living. She loves to water ski, spend time at the beach and wander along the coastal tracks with her much-adored golden retriever. Her guilty pleasure? Stealing an hour or two of reality TV!
